Discover a faster way to pay with digital wallets!

Whitefish Credit Union debit and credit cards are now available on Apple Wallet™, Google Pay™, and Samsung Pay™!

With digital wallets, you can enjoy a faster, more secure way to pay with just a tap of your phone. Whether you’re shopping online or in-store, digital wallets offer a convenient payment solution that protects your information with advanced security features.

  • Versatility: Accepted at millions of locations worldwide.

 

Getting started is easy! Simply add your Whitefish Credit Union debit or credit card to your preferred digital wallet.

 

Setup Instructions

  1. Open the Apple Wallet App
  2. Tap the ‘Add’ button in the upper right corner to add a debit or credit card
  3. Use your phone camera to scan your card or enter your card information in manually
  4. Hit ‘Next’
  5. Verify your cards expiration date and the security code on the back
  6. Agree to the ‘Terms and Conditions’
  7. Verify your card by selecting between a text message, an email, or by calling Whitefish Credit Union
  8. Once added, depending on your preferences, an email or postcard will be sent using the information we have on file.

  1. Open the Google Wallet App
  2. Tap the ‘Add to Wallet’ in the bottom right corner of the screen
  3. Click on ‘Payment Card,’ then select ‘New credit or debit card’
  4. Use your phone camera to scan your card or enter your card information in manually
  5. Verify the card expiration date and the security code on the back
  6. Enter your address, then hit ‘Save and Continue’
  7. Accept the Issuer Terms
  8. Verify your card by selecting between a text message, an email, or by calling Whitefish Credit Union
  9. Hit ‘Got It’

  1. Open the Samsung Wallet app
  2. Sign in with your Google account, email or phone number, or with QR code
  3. Agree to the app ‘Terms and Conditions ‘and select any additional options if desired
  4. Set up a PIN, fingerprint, or iris scan if one isn’t already in use
  5. Click the ‘Quick access’ tab on the bottom of the screen
  6. Click the ‘Add’ button and select ‘Payment Card’
  7. Click ‘Add credit or debit card’
  8. Use your phone camera to scan your card or enter your card information in manually
  9. Verify your name, the cards expiration date, the security code on the back, and your ZIP code
  10. Agree to the card ‘Terms and Conditions’
  11. Verify your card by selecting between a text message, an email, or by calling Whitefish Credit Union
  12. Once added, depending on your preferences, an email or postcard will be sent using the information we have on file.

 

How To Use

  1. To use your default card:
    • If your iPhone has Face ID, double-click the side button. If prompted, authenticate with Face ID, or enter your passcode to open Apple Wallet.
    • If your iPhone has Touch ID, double-click the Home button.
  2. To use a different card, tap your default card to see your other cards. Tap a new card and authenticate.
  3. Hold the top of your iPhone near the contactless reader until Done and a checkmark appears on the display.

  1. Check for the ‘G Pay’ or contactless symbol
  2. Unlock your phone and hold it to the reader
    • Note: The Google Wallet app does not need to be open to use Google Pay
  3. Once the payment is successfully added, a check mark will appear

  1. Open Samsung Wallet
  2. Select a card to pay with
  3. Scan your fingerprint or enter your wallet PIN
  4. Hold your phone near the card reader when you’re ready to pay
    • Place the back of your phone against the card or NFC reader
  5. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a notification
