WHITEFISH, Mont. – November 14, 2024 – Whitefish Credit Union is making important enhancements to member statements. Closed-end loans, such as car loans and personal loans with a fixed term, and share accounts will now be combined into a single statement for easier account management, while home equity lines of credit and credit card statements will continue to be issued separately.
This update will also address the issues some joint account holders have been experiencing when attempting to view their statements in online banking. Primary and joint account holders will now both be listed at the top of each statement.
Please note that during the transition period, the first combined statement may not include a full month’s transactions. We appreciate your understanding as we make these improvements.
